Book First Aid Training
Choose your course and complete your booking below. PPS Academy delivers your face-to-face training in partnership with IRFA (RTO 32154), who manage your enrolment, online learning and nationally recognised certification.
Before your training day
What happens after you book
1. Look for your IRFA email
After enrolling, you will receive an email confirming your enrolment and providing access to the IRFA learner portal. IRFA (RTO 32154) is PPS Academy's Registered Training Organisation partner and provides the online component of your training.
2. Select the course you booked
When you log in to the IRFA learner portal, select the same course you enrolled in through PPS Academy. Check the course code carefully — for example, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
3. Complete your pre-course learning
Complete the required online learning before attending your practical training and assessment.
Important — make sure you select the correct course
The IRFA learner portal may show more than one course. You must complete the online learning for the same course you have booked with PPS Academy.
If you complete the wrong course, you will still be required to complete the correct pre-course learning before your training can be completed and certification issued.

PPS Academy provides the training experience and instruction. IRFA, as the Registered Training Organisation, manages enrolment, compliance, assessment governance and nationally recognised certification.
